Last night’s 2010 ARIAs blew some tremendous bullshit across the nation, and they turned over to celebrity cooking shows by the droves. Perhaps the nation would have been better served by playing this on a loop for two-and-a-half hours. When selling 3000 CDs gets you a number 1, you know the industry is dead.

Meat and potato hard rock from a band that calls upon AC-DC, The Datsuns and The Runaways as influences. This might’ve been worth a beer of my time in 1994 but it’s 2010 and this is sonic anachronism. The polite applause at the end reminds me of a sweet lazy cover drive for four during a Sheffield Shield dead rubber.
